What should I expect?

How long does therapy last?

What if I can't afford the full fee?

Going to therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals with a trained, licensed mental health professional. In a typical session, through personalized, integrative approaches, we help clients navigate life’s challenges, heal from past trauma, and cultivate emotional well-being. Our services blend evidence-based therapy with holistic practices to foster balance, resilience, and self-empowerment on a deep, transformative level. I often questions, provide feedback, and guide you through exercises or techniques to help you gain insights or develop new and effective coping strategies. Over time, therapy can help you improve self-awareness, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Therapy can last anywhere from a few sessions to several months or even years. It all depends on your individual needs and goals.

MHE accepts many major insurance plans. We also offer a few slots at a reduced rate. Reach out and we will see what we can do because we strive to make therapy accessible and affordable to that are seeking help.

What is sound healing and meditation?

Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies from various instruments to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.  Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. It has been practiced in cultures all over the world for thousands of years. Nearly every religion, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, has a tradition of using meditative practices. In addition to traditional therapy, we offer holistic wellness experiences, including sound baths, mindfulness practices, and energy-balancing techniques. These modalities promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being by aligning the mind and body.
